Vision and Mission
Shiloh African Fellowship’s vision, as a ministry to the total man – body, spirit and soul, is to transform lives through God’s love. We believe that like in the times of Joseph, Daniel, Esther, Nehemiah and Ezra, every time the Lord moves His children to a foreign land, there is a divine purpose for the emigration. The Fellowship seeks to be an instrument of the Lord to help each of its members fulfill their individual and unique calling in the Kingdom, becoming a good success and displaying the excellency of God in the process.
Our goal is to CONNECT AFRICANS for the purpose of integrating within Shiloh Church and building inter-racial and cross-cultural kingdom relationships with other believers.
Our vision is to provide a platform for the love and power of God to TRANSFORM LIVES.
Our purpose is to SERVE GOD, Shiloh, our community and beyond.
We meet every 2nd Saturday of each month at Shiloh Church or other various locations (for special events)from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Its always a great time of worship, the enriching word from scriptures and interactive life enhancing practical applications of biblical principles. After each meeting, fellowship is a must! The menu of food served is like a short trip to different African nations without leaving Oakland. We encourage you to come check this out for yourself.
ALL NIGHT PRAYER
We are called to pray and not to faint. We agree with this biblical injunction and strive to walk in it. Every 1st Friday of each month, we gather at Shiloh Church or homes of the Fellowship’s leaders from 11:00 pm. to 5:00 a.m. to pray. We encourage people to fast on the day of each all night prayer. The Lord intervenes in the affairs of the earth through prayers. During our all night prayer meetings, we labor to hear the voice of the Lord and pray strategically in the direction He leads us.
