Online Giving Provider Change Instructions

STEP 1

If you have giving online in the past you should receive an activation email from Shiloh Church. If you did not receive an email then go to Shiloh Connect and set up a log in.

STEP 3

Click log in and look at the menu options on the left. Click Give.

STEP 2

Click on the user name (your email address) and follow the instructions to create a password. Please do not change the email/user name until your log in is created.

STEP 4

From this screen you can give a one time gift, set up a recurring gift and print out a giving statement.

You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, please contact us at info@shilohchurch.com.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT FOR MY DONATIONS?

You can download your own statement at any time by logging in to our Giving Center. By January 31st we mail out a contribution statement for all gifts given in the previous calendar year. You can update your mailing address at any time by logging in to Shiloh Connect.

CAN I CONTRIBUTE ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD OR ACH?

Yes.  Online giving (single gifts or recurring contributions) may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or eCheck.  To donate or give online just click here.

CAN I SET UP AUTOMATIC SCHEDULED CONTRIBUTIONS?

Yes.  You can set up your scheduled contributions through our online giving.  When you have created an account to give online, you will see the option to give one time or schedule your contributions weekly, monthly, a specific day of the month, as well as other options. You may also schedule your contributions through the Finance Office.

DO YOU HAVE ENVELOPES AVAILABLE FOR ME TO MAIL IN MY TITHE?

Yes! If you would like for us to mail you a supply of envelopes for your tithe, please send your name and address k.gose@shilohchurch.com. Also, all Porters can supply you with an envelope if you need one for that day. If you typically place your tithe check in an offering basket during worship services, you do not need to use an envelope. If you are giving cash, we encourage you to use an envelope and write your name and address on the outside if you want to receive a tax deduction for the gift. Please do not send cash in the mail.

ARE THERE ANY FEES INVOLVED WITH GIVING ONLINE?

No.

CAN I MAKE A ONE-TIME CONTRIBUTION?

Yes. Shiloh Church’s online giving system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR THE AMOUNT OR THE FREQUENCY OF MY GIFT ONCE I HAVE SET IT UP?

Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next contribution. Simply log in to the system using your user name and password and make the necessary changes in the system.

SHILOH CHURCH IS A 501(C)(3) NOT-FOR-PROFIT TAX EXEMPT CORPORATION. ALL DONATIONS TO SHILOH CHURCH ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE TO THE EXTENT THAT NO GOODS OR SERVICES WERE PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DONATION.
